i recently acquired an old track bike most likely from the 60's of 70's. no decals of headbadge. only thing is a serial nember on the lug tha connects the head tube and the down tube that reads 41581. it came with and old set of italian track hubs. the lugs look to be nervex. can anyone tell me what this bike is.
