Mountain Biking - Feeling sore today

Bikeforums.net is a forum about nothing but bikes. Good thing you're not one of those guys who believe a helmet "cramps their style". Aviators say that "Any landing you can walk away from is a good one." Does the same apply to mountain biking?

i did that when i got my first mountain bike ever, i think i was like 9, i didn't get the concept of front brakes, so i was flying down the sidewalk in front of my house and i slammed on the front brakes, endo and did a face plant into the welcoming concrete, lets say i learned quickly not to do that, i have yet to that on a trail, but eventually **** happens, so i'm waiting

It's a good thing when some one gets their crsh on vid :D lmao but it did look like a stinger ;)
Two words for ya, weight back :p You would have rolled right through it if you had your weight farther back and lower. Looks like a fun time though. wish we had more trails like that around here.

LOL my friend did that today in a similar looking part of the trail. Im kinda tired too - Ive been riding long rides every night since wednesday. I also fell twice today. I was going down a steep rocky part where the rock is quite slick. My bike slid out from under me, and my ass hit a rock. I also slid out of a corner and ended up tangled in my bike. :D
