Bikeforums.net is a forum about nothing but bikes. hey all,
i have been checking out bianchi's at local bike shops here in Washington DC...ive decided I want a veloce....problem is that Ive seen cheaper prices from shops listed online than around here locally.....Anyone know the websites of shops that do online bike purchasing/ shipping? Most places with better prices that Ive seen wont do mail/online orders....I know the size I need etc. And Ive test ridden several already, I just want to get one at a price I like...

I believe that bianchi does not allow there bikes to be sold online / mail order. If you do purchase online, you won’t be entitled to any warrantee support. This is true with a lot of manufactures.
Thats what I thought too, but I found a shop that does sell Bianchis online, they use some sort of factory authorized system to do so. The guy is calling me today to quote me a price...I know my size as Ive been measured so if the price is right I will spring for it.

try visiting www.coloradocyclist.com or www.excelsport.com, this are very reputable online bike store(I have just corrected the spelling)
No Bianchi's found at these sites, mostly Litespeeds etc....a little out of my price range :)
Thanks.

orguasch,
I think you meant "reputable". "Refutable" made it sound like they weren't honest or something! :)
Steve
Refute:
1 : to prove wrong by argument or evidence : show to be false or erroneous
2 : to deny the truth or accuracy of <refuted the allegations>
- re·fut·able / adjective
Repute:
