I went from 248 size 36/38 wasteline to size 32 which are loose .. This year despite riding compulsivly , Ive begun putting on wieght . My calves and thighs and butt are getting bigger and I seem to have gained 7 pounds while I have very little body fat . Am I gaining this wieght from lower body muscle gain ? Is this a valid reason ? Im riding 40 miles a day , 6 days a week at a very very good pace . talk too me... im OCD

So, after riding 240 miles a week, your weight went up to 255? That seems pretty extreme. How many weeks have you been doing this? I suspect your weight will go down if you continue this. How tall are you?
Could you be converting fat to muscle? Remember, muscle weighs more than fat.
