Good Afternoon...
I am doing a hill training session tomarrow (after a nice easy day today after 80 miles yesterday) which will include two distinct climbing areas. When I start I have one shorter but steep climb and on the other side of the loop I have the long 1 mile climb I do intervals on. Total ride distance, around 20 miles approx.
The question is, do I want to save the interval part of my hill climbing session to the end, thus tackling the little (.5 mile) steep stuff first then do repeats at the end or the interval repeats first then tackle the other stuff later? Does it really make a difference like sprint intervals, etc?
