If I currenty have a 52-42-30 and go to 53-39-30, I can use the same front derailleur, right (Campy Veloce)?

http://www.sram.com/en/truvativ/road/cranksets/rouleurgxp/triple.php
That is the exact crankset as you have on there now (no head ache swap) . Truvativ makes Bontrager cranks.
Then you don't have to worry about incompatibility.
Dura Ace octalink is old stuff (new DA 7800 is like the Truvativ, but costs $350-$400). This crankset is better (more modern) and it doesn't clash with your Campy.
If you want the Truvative triple with the 39T ring then by all means proceed, but they make a 42T version too.

I did notice that Giga X pipe external BB system is identical. A bike mechanic told me that as long as I have a triple set-up now, no problem. Just wanted a 2nd and 3rd opinion. Thanks for all of your help 53-11. Good luck on being 55-10 some day  ! :)

no, don't we can move it.
Cross posting is 1) a pain as you get answers all over the place.
2) contrary to guidelines.
I'll move this to mechanics.

Like the previous post said, if you're already set up for a triple it should be OK. If you are changing cranksets the BB has to match (ISIS, Octalink, square taper). If you are just swapping out rings no worries.
You might have to move the FD up a smidge to clear the larger ring; don't forget to re-adjust it (there was a previous thread about someone who moved his w/o doing anything w/ the cable and wondered why it did not shift properly!).
