Will Hushovd be any good in the prologue?
Hopefully, yes. But as the prologue is quite long this year (19 km, and I believe this disqualifies it from the term "prologue"?), he will probably be further back than last year's fifth (6.1 km prologue). But I for one will keep my fingers crossed for him.
Unfortunately, he did not win the national championship's jersey this year.
Erling.
This is probably a question for 240GL.
Several years ago - I want to say four - wasn't it Thor Hushovd that stopped during a stage of the TdF with what I recall to be heart issues? Perhaps palpitations, or ... In any case, I also think that he ended up continuing.
???
Four years ago would have been 2001, Thor's debut year in TdF. Off-hand, I can't recall him having problems like that, but that is not to say it was not so. I just hope that the temperature will drop a bit, as Thor has shown that he doesn't stand hot weather all that well. He had to drop out of the last Olympics race because of that.
