I was wondering if anyone is using the chia seed as a supplement? From what I have heard and read its great for endurance and hydration.
I think you just want to lick Scooby Doo's head... ;)
Never heard of the cha cha cha chia! being used as anything except a plant.

Yeah, read about it in "Born to Run" by Chris McDougall. I tried a bunch mixed with Orange Juice. They're pleasant, kind of like a sesame seed consistency and a wee bit nutty or alfalfa-sprout tasting. They didn't do more than a nice bowl of oatmeal or fruity yogurt for me. They're not something you can easily pick up my the grocery store (without an accompanying ceramic dog). Give it a try and see how it works for you.
Okay, I got to say this... Do they make your hair grow?
