Folding Bikes - Any Gobikes out there?

Bikeforums.net is a forum about nothing but bikes. Our community can help you find information about hard-to-find and localized information like bicycle tours, specialties like where in your area to have your recumbent bike serviced, or what are the best bicycle tires and seats for the activities you use your bike for.
Wondering whether anyone out there has a Gobike and, if so, whether you have found an effective way (perhaps alternative cable routing) to prevent pinching the front brake cable during folding and unfolding. With the original routing on my bike (through the hinge on the fork), you have to be pretty careful. Not a big problem, but any suggestions would be appreciated.
Thanks.
I'm actually considering getting one of these things. Given the general lack of information on the 'net and the absence anything on gobikes website, can you give me an idea of what it's been like for you. I'm particularly interested in options for racks/touring. Please feel free to PM me if you prefer.

I was really hoping to ride one of these but couldn't find one *anywhere* - much less information online about them. Their website has been "coming soon" for 6 months.
http://ucycle.com/ of Toronto lists them on their website. $1500CAD seems pretty steep but they ARE Canadian made, not built in China by slave labour. I'd like more info too if anyone finds it.
Chris - bought a 2003 KHS Westwood

See the page below for an "update" and a link to Belgian distributor's site for more info.
