What gives?

The original time recording put the gap in. But it was reverted. This sometimes happens with this type of finish in a grand tour - maybe they felt that there wasn't a one second gap after review?

There was a fall in the last km so the bunch all got same time

Got it, thanks. I know sometimes they think it was a second originally, then they round down. This was listed as a NINE second gap (and was that large on the video too - the clock was at +0:00:15 by the time the middle to end of the pack cross the line). I wondered what happened. Thanks.
