Depends on what you intend to carry. If you're just looking for something to sit a trunk bag or or perhaps even a couple of lightly loaded panniers, the seatpost racks are a good choice, e.g.,

A couple offered by Performance and Topeak:
http://www.performancebike.com/shop/sub_cat.cfm?subcategory_id=2325

A few other brands offered Nashbar:
http://www.nashbar.com/results.cfm?category=112&subcategory=1079&storetype=&init=y&pagename=

Blackburn also offers the SP1 and SP2.

If you need something for touring that can carry full panniers & trunk bag then you'd have to shell out a bit more for something like the Old Man Mountain racks that are disc mount compatible: http://www.oldmanmountain.com/rear_rack_page.htm

... or Axiom's Journey rack: http://www.rei.com/online/store/CategoryDisplay?categoryId=4500850&storeId=8000&catalogId=40000008000&langId=-1&seq=1&sort=1

Yeah, but Orbea does not build a 2 seater!
All good suggestions, above. Depending on anticipated load and your wallet, racks will go from 20 to $100+.
Another option: Mounting a stem + cutdown handlebar to rear of stoker seatpost will allow using large handlebar bag with shockcords running to dropouts to stabilize things.
