Zabriskie is great. He made a lot of people sit up and take notice last year with his stage win at the Vuelta. I posted on Sept 12, 2004:
Incredible. Does everyone realize that in this stage Zabriskie rode a century (103 miles) solo in 4 hours 5 minutes? And an uphill century at that? Wow.
DZ did a solo break with 100 miles to go and stayed off the front the whole friggin' way.
He's won a stage in all three of the last three Grand Tours: '04 Vuelta, '05 Giro, '05 TdF.
