I picked up my new Trek X01 last night. Went for a quick 9 mile ride and had a ball!! I averaged 3 mph faster than with my hybred. I still have to find a pair of riding shoes, the LBS didn't have any that fit me right, so I'll have to do some shopping over the week-end. Then I have to learn how to use clipless pedals.
I'm real happy with my decision. The ride is better than the road bikes I rode, cyclo-cross is the way to go I think if you aren't planning on racing.
Thanks to everyone for their input into my decision. You guys made my decision alot easier.:p
