I read on cyclingnews about a feud
between Lance and Robbie,
anyone know anything about it?
supposedly Lotto is gonna protest one of
the sprint results from stage 11, where
O'Grady took 2nd and it was given to Zabel
(to thwart McEwen?).

In today's Spiegel Online, there was a report that Armstrong still had not forgiven McEwen for attacking while he (wearing yellow) was taking a piss during a stage in 2000. It further said that in stage 11, Armstrong organized Postal to work with Telekom to return the green jersey to Zabel. Finally, there was an statement that McEwen had threatened to beat Armstrong up (prügeln). But, it didn't say what provoked McEwen to say this. The article implied that McEwen has a notoriously loose mouth.

Cheers,
Jamie

he reportedly said: Shut your mouth or I will fill it with my fist.

CHEERS.

That is a hillarious mental picture. I just cannot see pro cyclists fist fighting.

I guess you didn't see Christpohe Moreau and carlos Sastre duking it out then... or Casagrande's Giro punch... or Belli's...

I personally don't like Mc Ewen, I get bad vibes from him.

Yeah, but they swing like little girls. :D

I respect McEwen's abilities, but I don't care for him much, either. McEwen seems cocky in a chip on the shoulder way. Maybe he (or I) will mellow over time. Cipollini is cocky, too, but in a fun, self-assured way with a smile on his face.
