I wish I lived in Philadelphia just to be able to buy these and avoid shipping. I was cruising ebay and saw this PAIR of 1970's Peugeot touring bikes.

Look at the men's. Isn't that a PX-10 LE? Looks just like mine. God, what a way to fall in love with a French bike!

I have never seen a Peogeut mixte frame like the one being sold as a ladies bike.

I am not the seller, I do not know the seller. I just drooled when I saw these bikes and thought some of you would too.

Hmm, the photos didn't show in the first post. Let me try again. Can't drool at what you don't see:

Right now, the pair is going for $10.00. My skin is crawling with my finger on the 'place bid' button...

How would I explain another bike to my wife - worse yet, two bikes? Nah, she would not go for the "look honey, one is for you!" attempt.

You're right, mike, they are worth drooling over. I hope whoever gets them will know how to take care of them.
