Mountain Biking - Marzzochi EXR Air

I have Marzzochi EXR air forks and waz juss wondering wat i should check for. Like wat PSI or watever should it be. If it helps, i weigh 85 pounds

It looks like you are looking at 30 psi. They don't have a measurement for any smaller than 120pnds though

ya ive checked the manual already, so 30 psi? Wat kind of shok pump would fit the Marzzochi EXR? and where insert it at?

The last page of the manual shows you where to insert There is a small plastic cap. Take a knife pop that off and you should see a valve. As for the pump. Sorry I don't know but I am sure it tells you in the manual. Thats where I got the psi info.

Just read the manual. Looks like you can just unscrew the top to access the valve. Otherwise all it says is use a marzocchi pump and pressure valve. Other than that there are no specifics.

any other maintenance stuffs i need 2 know? i dont know ANYTHING bout the fork. sanchon tube?dust seal? and the manual is confusing for me

To be honest you may want to speak with the lbs. They will know more about it. I have the springs and the only thing I ever have to worry about is the oil level. Marzocchi forks open bathe are basically maintenance free.
Good luck. Maybe even look for a bicycle maintenance clinic in your area.

What I suggest you do is take your bike to the local bike shop, to buy the pump.

They should be able to help you with what pump is right for your fork and show you how acess the valves on your fork.

If they dont, go to another shop... and repeat the process.

I have a Marzocchi Z5 Air, and for that I bought a "Wrench Force" pump, it had adapters for schrader, needle and some other type of valve that I have forgotten about.

Wrench Force, Marzocchi, and SKS (Germany) all make one.

So would the wrench pump or watever work on my forks?
