Hello,
Q1:
I recently purchased a very nice book on cycling for road and mountain bikes. It is called bicyclce maintenance and repair for road and mountain bikes. By Todd Downs. When I reached a section on lubricating your bike it said that you needed to use different lubes on different parts. I myself own a dry lube that I lube everything with. Should I be concerned with this fact or should i continue doing what i do?
Q2:
Like I said I own a dry lube that i lube my chain with. Should the entire chain be wet all the time? Recently I have embarassed my self several times by grabbing my bike by the chain stay and staining my shirt with lube off of my chainring. ( chain was on the 3rd chain ring ). Should i wipe down the chain with a rag? Should only the inside of the chain be wet?
Thanks :D
