What size outer/inner ring combo do some of the big names use like Ullie and Lance, Hincapie, etc.?

I'm amazed that they can climb those mountains without a 30 :p - yes I'm a 3 month newbie and i have a triple :o . Guess it's called being in great shape? :)

I think it also depends on the type of stage. I've heard of some of them using compacts in the bigger climbing stages. And of course they might switch to larger rings for the TTs.
