Does anyone know of a site where I could find prices for various bikes. The only major brand name site that I have found that has prices with their bikes is the GT site. I think that this is an important feature for the consumer in his consideration of various models.

Anyway, if any of you know of some site that has a compilation of MSRPs please let me know. The shops around here are rather specific in their product line, and I can't find the variety of bikes to compare as I would like to.

If no such site exists, then does anyone know the suggested retail price range of the Specialized Stumpjumper M4 or the Rockhopper Intl in particular.

Or how about this...how about you tell me what you paid for your new bikes and when you bought them? Yeah, that would work too.

Thanks alot guys.

I would reccomend MTBR.com, they list the MSRP for most bikes they have reviews for, but not all. However, 95% of the time, your not going to pay MSRP or anything close to MSRP. When i bought my Fisher Joshua a few years ago, the MSRP was $2200, i got it for $1400.

I agree,
MTBR.cm is a great place if your looking for prices, and you probably won't pay full price. It mainly depends on the competition. If you live in a city with only one bike shop, then there is no competition and it can charge whatever. But if you live in a city with several bike shops they will all compete to get your business, thus you get a better deal.
