Ive been in to BMX racing lately but am going to build a freestyle bmx bike

already have a great 3 piece crank, wheels, and handlebars

i dont want a really beginner frame because before i got in to bmx racing i was dirt jumping and freestyle street riding, so i kind of know what im doing. but nothing too expensive, either.

i know a bunch of years ago Standard frames were hyped a lot in the bmx magazines, are they any good anymore?

just looking for a solid frame to freestyle on when Im not racing. mostly street riding but possibly some dirt jumping(though i wont get the chance a lot, theres almost no trails i know of in south florida)

Standard would be pretty nice if they weren't overpriced by about $100, and if Moliterno wasn't so shady (from what I've heard) with warranties.

Look into a S&M, FBM, T1, or Solid.

S&M Dirt Track is from what i've heard a very good frame. Solidly built and strong heliarc welds on it.

It's called the S&M Dirtbike, and every frame on the market has TIG (heliarc) welding.

S&M,FBM,FIT or solid for sure bro. solid makes some sick custom stuff if you got the money.
