You can make your own holder for your Maglite to put on your bike. You simply need a bike tube. You cut two holes in it so it should look like this:

Then you fit the light on your bike like this:

If you donīt want to do this then you can buy it at http://www.meiresearch.com/mei/product_detail.asp?ProductID=129 .

Good luck!

Kristine,
welcome to bike forum, and that's a good idea, but I think the inner tube idea will not hold my Maglite coz, I have a 4 cell battery Maglite???, but when I have that penlite Maglite, I will surely used that suggestion.

This is for Mini-Maglite.

Not to criticize, and I really like this!

But, it appears there is a third hold. It appears to me that there is an additional hold near the center of the strap(tube) so you can wrap around the handlebar once, then through center hole. I would imagine this helps keep the flashlight in place and keeps it from banging the bar!

Ive used the single AAA maglite as an emergency bike light, held on with a wrap of PVC tape. Better than riding without any lamp.

I must say that is a good idea. I would change it a bit (just so it would not move at all on the bar) im going to have to try that is week.
