find a nice bank to learn on. keep your head moving the way you are rotating. then try it down 3-4 stairs. then try it on flat ground. remember to nosedive

i also need help with this, and was just about to put up a thread but there already is one, so can you lot start being a little more helpful? btw, u ain't as hilarious as you might think, queenrider. how about posting in the tricycle section? i'm sure you would be more help there.

Bike follows lower body follows upper body follows shoulders ultimately follow head. You don't have to wind up super hard, just start your spin from the ground (or lip) and carry it through by looking for the landing.
