Forum Suggestions & User Assistance - Do the forums die down during the winter months?

Bikeforums.net is a forum about nothing but bikes. Our community can help you find information about hard-to-find and localized information like bicycle tours, specialties like where in your area to have your recumbent bike serviced, or what are the best bicycle tires and seats for the activities you use your bike for.
Just wondering. I vist BF once a day and click on new posts, and it's always at 499 max. Now, when winter comes, do the southeast/southwest people dominate BF? I can't see myself dragging through 6 inches of snow and letting salt eat away my bike here in Chicago, so I obviously will put cycling on the back burner.
Just curious if BF will "simmah down now" come winter.
Probably not. People aren't out riding, so they seem to spend more time online posting. Plus, we still have the Winter Cycling Forum. There's no need to put that bike away come winter!

That it, meet me at the bike rack at around 5pm. hehehehe
Serious though, just my observation from over the years. It seems like spring is when it slows. My theory is all yall snow birds taking a celebratory no snow ride. Then there is the first part of summer, thinking either those on school or people taking vacations.
