Could someone tell me why Alexandre Vinokourov is wearing a different uniform than the rest of his team? Even his bike isn't the pink color like the rest of the team.

It's the jersey of the Kazakstan (sp?) national champion.

I think that he's wearing his national champion colors. I think that's what one of the commentators said.
