I was jumping this mulch pile in my yard, with some of my friends. Then I decided to hit the jump with my friends Redline RL340 I hit the thing an in mid air the front tire fell off. Im sure you know the rest of the story, when the bike hit the ground, the forks dug into the ground, and I flew and hit my balls on the stem, Great experience I had. All because of a dumbass who can't tighten a front wheel.

I don't 'know the rest of the story', because my tires don't fall off.

Neither do mine. The only time I've actually seen that happen is when someone was doing a topside no-footed can-can off a quarter and kicked the quick-release he was using (for God only knows what reason), and he was smart enough to let go of the bike.

and you failed to dump the bike, why?

The rest of the story is a great crash. I've never seen a fron wheel fall off until it happened to me. But I can say I had a hell of a time until my whaled my balls. An hour after I whaled my em, we went out dirt jumping(never really dirt jumped in my life), and I had one a great time, until I bent my stem.

Bent your stem. I can't say that I've ever had that happen, either.

I broke a stem once, on my '91 VFR back when BMX bikes had threaded headsets. Hasn't been a problem in roughly 10 years, though.

Probably cause your smart enough to put good parts on your bike. I've got a DK Trail stem, and I guess its not made for hitting big ass jumps. Now I have an excuse to get the S&M Redneck stem. It also didn't really bend much. I bent the top of it to the side, causing the bolts to jam, and get all fu*ked up.

Wheel off, jammed into the fork top of a 7 foot ramp 27 years ago. I still grow no hair where my head hit some gravel.
Had to get the dried blood flushed from my ear canal.
Not my bike, I flatted my rim first try overshooting the landing ramp -borrowed a friends.
When the blood started running down my arm from my skull I started wailing  .
Wear a helmet jumping.

A DK Trail stem shouldn't at all bend; it's one of the more popular and reliable top-loaders out there.

Probably my luck I got the only defected one, or some **** like that.

There wasn't enough time.

Then it wasnt a big enough jump.

It was a 5 foot jump. And the wheel fell off towards the end of my descent.
