my wipe out that broke my arm took me outta biking but now im back and my arms stronger then ever i cant wait to hit the trails (if i die beffore i wake at least in heavan i can bike)

i would take it a little easy if you just got the cast off. if you are sure you are at your best, then get out there are ride like a bat outa hell!
