Mountain Biking - Which of these heavier-duty full-suspension XC bikes would you most like to have?

Bikeforums.net is a forum about nothing but bikes. Our community can help you find information about hard-to-find and localized information like bicycle tours, specialties like where in your area to have your recumbent bike serviced, or what are the best bicycle tires and seats for the activities you use your bike for.

This is just for fun, see which bike the guys here prefer.
If someone was going to give you one, hich would you get?
Santa Cruz Blur (http://www.santacruzbicycles.com/bicycles/blur.php)
Kona King Kikapu (http://konaworld.com/shopping_cart/FrontEnd/Products/product_detail.aspx?productid=96&parentid=182)
Specialized Stumpjumper FSR Expert Disc 120 (http://specialized.com/bc/SBCBkModel.jsp?spid=9668)
The Stumpjumper isn't what I'd call "heavy duty" Try the Enduro

It's more heavy duty than the Epic or Stumpjumper hardtail... I'm trying to stick with XC bikes and not move into all-mountain bikes.

That I'll buy.
I'd go with the Stumpjumper, then Blur, then Kikapu.

The new Blur XC, the one redesigned this year. It is supposed to be even lighter-faster-better than previous Blurs. According to the ads in MBA, they are also offering a beefier version of the Blur this year, but I have forgotten what they are calling that one. Anyway, the lighter one for me (Blur XC).
The new blur look really awesome, I kinda want one now

I'd have to go with the Blur. I have one now, so I may be a bit biased. :D

I like the Blur 4x (the heavier one), seems like an awesome bike.

Blur, then Kikapu. Or better yet, Blur LT vs. Dawg vs. Enduro.
stumpy, kikapu, blur
blur is on bottom becasue i dont like their rear suspension linkage.

You'll have to explain that further in light of the fact that the VPP is the most talked about suspension design lately. The design is co-licensed with Intense, so you've got two of the most reputable companies in the business banking on it, and the theory of operation was copied by Giant in their latest line of FS bikes. Sure, it has it's drawbacks, but you simply can't leave a statement like that unqualified.

How do the Turner bikes fit in against these guys - either the 5-spot or the 6-pack? Someone in my MTB club has a 5-spot and it sure is pretty. I've read up on the Turners and am pretty impressed and lust after one now.

I've heard that the 5-spot and Blur really go hand in hand..very close between those two.

Since I first posted my question, I've read up on the Blur and am pretty impressed. The Blur is a bike somewhere between the heavier duty 5-spot and their racing rig - the Nitrous. I lust after the Turner Blur.

I would personally go for the 5-spot over any of them in a heartbeat if I could afford it. However, I can get a complete Kona Dawg for the price of a 5-spot frame, which is in fact, what I'm thinking of doing next spring.

FSR - the only truly fully active suspension of the three, climbs great, no brake jack, unlike the VPP-based Blur. Brake Jack is undesirable.

blur.. its a awesome bike.. never like specialized and kona..
I'm a Kona fan so I voted for the Kikapu. I've never ridden any of the three listed but I do own a Kikapu Deluxe.
