Hey all-
I have had bad wrists for 3 years now due to factory work and being a computer science major. I spend 80% of my day in front of a computer. I have a stock cannondale F300, and I've been getting sore wrists from it. Not really bad, but I'm wondering what I can do to help it before it gets bad. I'm currently not using any gloves, so what would be a good pair to get? Since it's HOT here lately, was looking to get the half hand style gloves. Also, how should my wrists be positioned? I read in another thread (think it was more for road biking) that there shouldn't be a bend in my wrists at all, that my arms should be going straight into my hands with no angle.
Any advice?
