Looking at this tennis shoe adaptor on Nashbar, can anyone ID the pedal it is clipped onto?

Here's the desc. for the adaptor:

Much appreciated!

looks a bit like the Shimano A-515

Those "adaptors" are so unsafe its not even funny. We are required to remove the Shimano version before anyone leaves the shop with a bike, and just yesterday I had a gentleman come in with that exact "adaptor" cracked in three places with half the platform missing after light use. They are meant as temporary only, no matter what Nashbar says.

Yuck - screw that, I guess. The search for the perfect pedal solution continues.

Keep searching, as Shimano and Nashbar market a double sided pedal that has an SPD clip on one side and a platform on the other. However, you can comfortable ride with sneakers with LOOK pedals.
If you want a decent adapter then check out the Winwood Decksters (http://www.winwoodbikeparts.com/decksters.html). These are much higher quality and made of metal.
