Hi y'all,
Does anyone have any views on the lenght of time a cross frame can survive?
I'm just about to buy a carbon Alan frame, which is 6 years old...apparently it's as good as new.
Does anyone have any experience of long lasting frames?
Cheers........................Rich :)

Why buy an expensive frame with doubts about it's lifespan, when you can get a cheap frame that will last long enough, at least till the day you want a new one?
Or the expensive frame must be really cool....
Hi there,
well, the list price for this frame is £495.00, but I'm paying £120.00...I'm going to go over it with a fine tooth brush, to check for cracks etc....
Fingers crossed it works out...I'll let you know as soon as I get my paws on it....
Cheers for the advice.............Rich :O
As these things do,
the deal fell through, oh well, it wasn't ment to be eh?
I've just bought an Alan Supercross bike (aluminium) which I'm really pleased with...
Looking forward to getting it muddy next season!!!
Cheers
Rich
