is it much harder to bunnyhop with a department store bike, and what is a good technique to doing a good bunnyhop.

Lift front, then point your toes down and lift back. Don't lift at the same time. You want your front over the obstacle before you lift your rear wheel. Yes, department store bikes are heavier and the cockpit isn't meant for as aggressive riding.

I found out a way that works....lift up your front end and shift your weight over the handle bars....it works for me.

no, it's just harder to bunnyhop high.
