Hi, I am looking to get a kona bike not sure what one though. I want to get it used, full suspension for downhill and some cross country. Looking to spend around max of 600- please email me with any info you have it will really help.

Well if you come back here, 600 bucks is not gonna get you a good bike for what you described, even used. Wait a while, save some money and get something in the Stinky line.
