I have trying to get about 60 miles in on Saturday AM's on my Rans V2. About the 25-30 mile point I've noticed toes and forefoot having pins and needles predominantly on one foot. I used the Look pedal system. Tried loosening shoes (which helps). Stopping for a few minutes and walking alleviates the issue but then a stop is needed about every 10-15 miles the rest of the ride. Any suggestions toward resolving???

Be sure cleats are as far back (toward the heel) as possible. I use Shimano PDM 324. If a problem develops, I can unclip and keep riding with my foot on the non-cleat side. Putting my foot on that side well forward for a bit resolves any problem. Not dissimilar from walking around except I can keep going if I want.

Wish I could help. When I ride my road bike I get pain around the 20 mile mark and have to take frequent breaks to massage it out. When I ride the bent, sometimes I get it, sometimes I don't. It's never as bad though, and I can usually ride through it.
Best advice I can give you is try flexing and scrunching up your foot inside the shoe every mile or so. That'll help increase bloodflow and alleviate some stress, and maybe it will help. Can't hurt.
Flexing the toes/foot seems to keep it at bay for me, Mine was bad at first but got better as I did more riding over a few months. (high bb trike)
One last tip make sure your feet are kept warm enough as cold feet agrevate the condition for me, I use the sandwich bag trick on night rides in winter cuts the problem back by about 99.99%.

--- My suggestion is to be sure your foot is pointed straight ahead, parallel to the path of the bike. I had foot pain too because my foot was pointed outward. So I monitored and corrected my foot position. That may remedy your discomfort and also prepare you for the upcoming oil crisis: www.hubbertpeak.com/campbell/

Also try a different pair of shoes. I did that and it seemed to work for me.

For the over 40 crowd, an arch support with a metatarsal pad really helps. The nerves are being pinched because the metatarsal arch is being flattened. 80% of arch supports on the market don't have the metatarsal pad. Birkenstocks arch supports work well. Take it from an oldster, this helps.

That pretty much did it for me too. Actually, I tried a newer pair of shoes. I don't clip in because my toes point out a lot. Knee savers helped with that problem. The shoes I'm using now have a steel shank in the sole and they don't seem to be breaking down. I don't really know what I did to solve the problem, but I'm not going to argue with success.
I bought a pair of Lake sandals and have been erally enjoying them on and off the bike.
