Hey, thanks Joe, Ill try to remember to use j-pegs in the future.

This is just my observations since quitting smoking and starting to train with a HRM a couple years ago.

The HR comparison between #1, out of shape and #4, yes the flatline means it's all over, are vastly different, yet they are the nearest each other in life.
