Does anyone remember what bike was pictured with the stacked seatstays? As in, rather than the seatstays coming to a point, they both were welded to the back of the seat tube on on top of another, about an inch or so separating the two in height?
Someone has to know what photo I'm talking about, I just can't remember where on here I saw it.

Wow. That looks odd.
What is the performance advantage of this?
performance advantage? the guy just thought that it looked "totally sweet" with little/no practical difference in structural integrity, etc.
