New FRAME?
No - get a good frame, there are hundreds to choose from including
Standard, DK, T1, Fit, Alliance, etc., etc.,etc.
The Fit Logic is not terribly expensive is 100% 4130 and offers some decent top tube length options which is nice.
Sell it and buy Remedial English on DVD.
