Wear yellow day

A nice way to show your respect and appreciation for LA would be to "wear yellow" this weekend.

Last year, on the last Saturday of the TDF our club members had a "wear yellow" ride. At our regular Saturday ride members wore yellow jerseys. We had fun with it and will try to do it again this year.

I would look pretty silly in a "Lance" get-up, wearing a yellow jersey. Imagine Woody Allen, dressed up in Barry Bonds' baseball uniform. I'd look TWICE that goofy. Folks in passing cars would be saying "Why is that elderly slowpoke pretending to be Lance Armstrong?"

Let Lance wear yellow Sunday. I'll wear a Hawaiian shirt, jeans and sandals. The official "tropical geezer" outfit.

If not, please wear red. Michael Jordan led Chicago to 6 wins... and he didn't just focus on one game or one season either. I think LA has plenty of props. Turn on OLN and participate in their Lancefest.

Yes, I will wear yellow on my rides to show my appreciation for Lance making 20 million dollars last year and a few millions all the years before. Thanks Lance!

You Lance haters are so mean. I've been a fan since making the trip to see him race in the Olympic road race in '92. It would be pretty hypocritical if I were to back out on him now... I'll wear my officially licensed Nike(TM) yellow jersey this weekend (no really, I actually have one -- a birthday present last year).
