Which tool do I need for the removal of a Miche BB?
you need 2
a hook spanner
a park tool that will go into the holes in the cup. its basically 2 pins on a handle..

If its the miche primato that you have, I used a park freewheel remover on mine and it worked perfectly.

That's the Campag pattern one, so it is. I use the Cyclo Campag tool and it's the same but cheaper and nastier.

I used the Shimano TL-FW30 freewheel removal tool.
Park Tool BBT-5 should do it, or read here. (http://www.bikeforums.net/showthread.php?t=60891)

no they won't if you tightened them properly in the first place...
well, the Italian threaded version probably actually does.
