10 spd compatibility

I've been told conflicting information about what wheels I need to work with the new Ultegra 6600 stuff. Will a shimano compatible 9-speed hub work with a 10 speed cassette? A lot of stuff is listed as 8/9 speed will it also work with 10 spd? Do I need spacers?

Yes! 10 speed shimano cassettes work on shimano 9 speed hubs ( you will need to use the small spacer provided with shimano 10 speed cassettes), however 9 speed cassettes will NOT work on 10 speed hubs.
