i think he should go for eleven. that way when he looks at the camera and counts out the number of tours on his hands, he'll have to use one of his toes as well. :p

I think it's going to be a long time before anyone beats 7 and if there is someone that can beat 7 then there is likely someone that can beat 10. Better to go out on a win than try to push himself too far and lose number 8, 9, or 10. Plus, I think he needs to do the family thing like he says. Kids need their dad around.

He's from a trailer park in Texas, he could easily get 12 wins without removing his shoes.

You again? If you knew anything at all, you'd know that Plano, Texas is hardly a trailer park.

31 isn't bad at all (http://www.citymayors.com/gratis/uscities_growth.html)

I'm just quoting Lance, in his book, and the fact that he even has a cartoon of a trailer on his Trek frame indicating his "humble beginnings in the trailer park". No kidding.

I've never been to Plano, but this is Trek's PR.

Ah, I see. My apologies. :)

I could hardly believe it, the cult of Lance is getting wierder.

But, LA has a great poker face (as I'm sure we'll see him on celebrity poker), we don't know how hard this tour is for him.

I just hope he retires gracefully without going to Hollywood, maybe give him trout wig's job.
