Training & Nutrition - Good small meals/snacks for weight loss?

Bikeforums.net is a forum about nothing but bikes. Our community can help you find information about hard-to-find and localized information like bicycle tours, specialties like where in your area to have your recumbent bike serviced, or what are the best bicycle tires and seats for the activities you use your bike for.

Anybody know any good websites with lots of ideas about good snacks or small meals (that take little or no preparation)?
I know the 5 or 6 "small meals" a day is a much better way to go, but find it difficult to cook a lot. I was hoping for some ideas for easy foods that are good and healthy for weight loss (without spending an ENTIRE diet of raw carrots).

I cant think of a particular website - but i am the queen of 200 calorie snack/meals
My favorite snack and/or breakfast:
1/2 cup dry cereal or granola (i use kashi puffins cause they are low in cal and high in fiber)
1/2 cup nonfat cottage cheese
1/2 cup nonfat plain yogurt
1/2 T Jam (or fresh fruit)
A way to make veggies more appetizing: dip in hummus.
Omlette with lots of veggies, nonfat cheese (TJ has ones that taste yummy as long as they are melted) and made with liquid egg. I make a HUMONGOUS one with only 150 calories for breakfast, supplemted with a small bran muffin.
or instead of eggs - just take a tortilla and make a quesadilla with veggies and melted cheese.
mini bag of popcorn and an apple.
fruit smoothie - just throw some yogurt and frozen fruit in a blender and voila
low fat wheat thins and lite laughing cow cheese and grapes
in a rush? yogurt parfait from mcD - or that new walnut salad (i am dying to try it but i rarely go
Taziki dip (the greek cucumber dip) for baby carrots since i hate hummus.
Beans and toast !
Baked nacho chips and salsa
Grapes

Baked nacho chips and salsa
This would be good, but I can't find a salsa that I like. I make my own sometimes, but it is a little bit of work.
Great ideas all....thanks...keep 'em coming!
