Hi,

I'm trying to find a 57 and/or 59cm Bianchi Axis in Southern California.
I start off in San Diego North County and go out from there.
Bianchi's don't seem to be kept in stock at the bike shops down here.
Anyone have any pointers to Bianchi dealers that may have this?

Thanks,

Sheldon Brown

Try contacting info@bianchiusa.com for local dealers.

Did you check Supergo at 78 and Plaza?

i ordered mine thru helen's in santa monica, i tried to find one from san diego to san francisco at a shop to demo and came up empty. half the shops didn't even know what a cross bike was.

i went to all the shops/dealers who carry Bianchi in the down town area of san diego looking for the same or the Volpe in the same sizes, and none were kept in stock, but all were glad to order with a down payment. figures eh?

Hi,

I've tried the info@bianchi.com email three times with no replies.
I also dug out a phone number which got nowhere.
Hoping that the experience of the group would provide some better data.

Their website has a zipcode based local dealer locator.
It links to a data base that is inaccurate - wrong phone numbers, dealers who are out of business, dealers who not only don't have Bianchi's they don't even think they are dealers.
The other frustrating part of their web tools is it also only provides 5 dealers per search, so if there are more then 5 dealers in the radius then you won't get a list - really bad database/UI design.

Supergo is not a Bianchi dealer. They realized they are listed on the Bianchi website as being one - but they are not.

I talked to Bianchi @ 510-264-1001 on west coast yesterday.I was able to ride a 55 and 57 Axis in Chicago area. Both bikes droped chains on demo ride and I was told they would take care of it. Sure! Bought one and still trying to get shifting fixed. Bianchi did not reply to any of my E-Mails either. Like bike except for front shifting. JPW
