The hear of the shop has arrived in hte mail today!!! Dum dee dum, I just spent 4 hours cleaning off this red preservative jelly gunk off my new lathe :D . Im so excited right now but the crapper on it all is that
A. I have no metal to turn (yet, going to scavenge tommorow)
B. My capabilities are limited because the post office is not fast enough

my first few projects are going to be modifications to the machine itself. The tailstock locks but it requires you to keep a 17mm wrench near by and fiddle with the bolt, i would much rather have a lever actuated system so thats #1.
