My boyfriend has been offered a 1999 Univega Alpina. It would only cost him $75 bucks, and the frame is in near perfect condition. There is no suspension, but that could easily be upgraded. I was wondering if anyone has any opinions on this brand, since this is the first we have heard of them. Also, what do you think about the offer? does it sound reasonable?Thanks in advance for your output.
