Hey i just got my 05 specialized pro disc and have probably rode about a mile before putting her away. I noticed that you first have to break in disc brakes. and while i was riding around i noticed that i would hear a slight rub on the rear or front disc. It comes with avid bb5's. I couldnt really pinpoint the sound but it sounds like its rubbing in one area of the rotor ir pad?? Like it would be no sound...no sound....no sound....shhhhh...no sound..no sound...no sound...shhhh..no sound and so on. Am i supposed to fully break them in then this sound will go away?

Possibly, but it's more likely that you have to adjust the caliper.

my bb5's do that cause my rotors are bent. landing sideways and on them will do that, but yours is too new to do that... depending on the side, either use the tourque wrench (if rubbing is on the right of the disk) or readjust your cable if rubbing on left. or if u just wanna realign the whole thing, loosen the mounts that let the brake pivot, then grab the break lever and hold on till u finish retightening those mounts. thatll center it.
