Dia Compe still makes them in brown and black. If the people at your LBS are nice (like mine are), you can order the hood covers through them. I got mine for $8.00 per pair.

www.yellowjersey.org/brax.html lists A'ME hoods for all sorts of levers, incl DiaCompe, in all sorts of colors.

Check out Renassaince Cycles, Baron usually has a good stock
of Modolo hoods which should fit (if you can't find the Dia Comps).
