Just some shots in the park yesterday, probably not as extreme as what most of you guys ride. A mix of fire trails and a little singletrack. I tend to ride solo so no shots of riders but next time I'll try to find a bit more singletrack and a camera hand. Skippy was lurking in the bushes but he was just too fast for me to get a shot. :D

Where are my photo's? Would a mod mind deleting this thread or locking it until I work out what happened to my photos.

The shame, the humiliation :o My jpg's are too large 600~700 kb and wont upload. Next time smaller shots with lower resolution. Unless any one can talk me through putting 700kb pics on here? I have been able to save them as gif's and cut them down to 300kb but still no joy.

Hello All
First time poster.
If you are using XP by far the easiest route to resize an image is using this:

Image Resizer
This PowerToy enables you to resize one or many image files with a right-click.

Available here (http://www.microsoft.com/windowsxp/downloads/powertoys/xppowertoys.mspx)

Its about half way down the page on the right and is an official, free, microsoft add-on. It really is a fast and easy way to resize a pic with no hassle...

P.S. I always choose 800x600 and the pics come out to around 65k with great quality

Try using a hosting site like www.tinypic.com and just linking to the photos.

Super easy.

Well here they are at last. Thanks to those who suggested photo hosting sites, next time it'll be low res and small pix. I'll try and get some more singletrack and ride shots for the next lot.

This is the turnoff from the main trail into the park, over the bridge , up the little rocks and into the bush.

The green is all moss growing over exposed rock cap. In high summer it will be 40deg in the shade and damm near 50 out there on the rocks.

Your welcome, and your correct. The shots were taken in John Forrest Nat Pk Western Australia. If it wasn't the pointy end of my last semester I'd bring in some more.

Sure wish my Winter's looked that warm & nice!
I'm kinda dreading this one coming up for some reason....

You should try that log crossing sometime. Looks very rideable.
