I was riding yesterday when at the intersection this car suddenly turn right when I am already at the middle of the intersection, so what i did I gave a one finger salute, the driver instead of turning right he proceeded to follow me, so what I did I stop and put my bike on the sidewalk, the driver also stop and was swearing at me, to cut the story short I took out the front tire and told him come down and let see "what you got", the stupid bastard saw that I was approaching his car he just speed away, :crash: :crash: :crash: , I was having a bad day yesterday after having a flat tire and having a skunk sprayed his perfume at me, you don't want to mess up with me, do you????:crash: :crash:

Sorry about your bad day! :( People can be such jerks. You didn't help the situation by making an obscene gesture, however. If the driver attacked you, the police would probably be less sympathetic because of that. Does this happen a lot in Toronto?

We constantly have to balance educating motorists and protecting ourselves against escalating or provoking violence or ill-will. It's a tough diplomatic mission, about as challenging as raising kids.
