Mtn biker turned roadie when I moved to the flat, trail-depleted VA Beach area from DC several years back. Completed several MS150 rides and a metric century. Looking at my first century this fall. Spin class (is that ok to admit here?) during the cold winter months and ride 2-3x a week from spring to fall. Depending on which club I ride with down here, I'm either a B or C pace biker (18-22mph).
Bikes:
Road:
04 Fuji Newest - with upgraded Shimano 550 wheelset and on the verge of upgrading to a Ultegra 10 speed.
Hardtail:
Kona Lava Dome - with a 1" RIGID fork and converting to a single speed (if I ever get around to it)
Kona Fire Mountain - to piddle around the neighborhood.
And since I'm at the beach:
2 Old School Worksman Beach Cruisers - full steel at 50 lbs. a peice. :p
