Ive had troubles attempting to lower the size of my pictures to post. Appears I cant get the sizing down, or it becomes an issue of guessing - I only have Microsoft Picture, it gives me a 100% 50% option, but never gives me the size I need to get it posted here? Any ideas? Tips.
